  • How does online therapy work?

Online therapy, also known as teletherapy, allows you to meet with a licensed therapist from the comfort of your own home—or wherever you feel most comfortable. Sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform to protect your privacy and confidentiality.

    The process is simple:

Scheduling: You’ll schedule your session at a convenient time, just like you would for an in-person appointment.

Video Sessions: At the scheduled time, you’ll join the session using a link provided by your therapist. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a private space to talk.

Confidential and Interactive: During the session, you’ll have a face-to-face conversation with your therapist, working through your concerns just as you would in an office setting. You can discuss goals, explore feelings, and receive guidance in real-time.

Flexibility: Online therapy offers flexibility and accessibility, especially for those with busy schedules, mobility issues, or those who live in areas without easy access to therapy services.

Online therapy provides the same quality of care as in-person sessions, with the added benefit of convenience and accessibility.
